Give as much detail as you can, including any outside width restrictions or gas pipes running along the skirting. It would be helpful if you could supply a photograph of the fireplace or just a sketch - to eliminate any oversights.

Note for "D": This is used for seat cut outs, if your "A" is less than seven inches wider than "C". Please refer to the measuring help section on seat cut outs.
